Introduction

What the Wallet module does and who it's built for.

Wallet is where a member's commissions actually live. Every income credit gets split into five pockets the moment it lands, and every withdrawal has to clear a set of rules before it goes out.

The five pockets

An income credit never sits as one lump sum. It's divided automatically, by percentage, into:

  • Point Value (40%)
  • Business Investment (10%, locked until it clears a threshold)
  • Personal Investment (15%)
  • Upkeep (25%)
  • Savings (10%)

The split comes from an allocation rule your workspace controls. A workspace can override the default globally, but only one rule is active at a time.

Three roles, three jobs

  • Members request withdrawals from their own withdrawable pockets, and enter a transaction PIN to move money.
  • Team leaders credit income to members, review payout receipts, and clear withdrawals for their workspace.
  • Directors step in when a leader can't resolve something, disputed receipts, flagged mismatches, the cases that need a second set of eyes.

Nobody sees a wallet that isn't theirs. A leader sees their own team; a director sees the workspaces they're assigned to.
