Income Entry

How a team leader credits income to a member, and what happens to it after.

Income doesn't get added by a member. It's entered by a team leader or director, on the member's behalf, with a receipt to back it up.

Adding income

A leader opens the member's wallet, enters the amount, attaches a source label (which income stream this is), uploads a receipt, and confirms with their own transaction PIN. That last step matters: it's the leader's PIN, not the member's, since the leader is the one authorizing the credit.

Once confirmed, the amount runs through the workspace's active allocation rule and lands split across the member's five pockets in one motion. There's no separate step where a leader manually divides it up.

No AI on this side

Receipt-reading AI only runs on the withdrawal side, checking payout receipts against requests. Income entry is manual end to end: a human enters the amount, a human attaches the receipt, a human confirms it. If the amount's wrong, it's wrong because someone typed it wrong, not because a model misread a screenshot.

Duplicate protection

A retry from a flaky connection used to have a real chance of crediting the same income twice. That's guarded against now: a repeated submission of the same credit doesn't produce a second one. If the first submission worked, the client seeing an error and retrying doesn't cost the member double.
